Have you heard the term SELF CARE mentioned more and more these days? Well there’s good reason for it. We all have busy schedules, whether that means working at home or out of the home, long hours or deadlines, school stuff, kids to take care of, homes to clean, food to make. You get the idea.
5 NATURAL DETOX METHODS {NO DIETING OR JUICING!}

We live in busy times.I like to add 1 cup of Epsom Salt and 1 cup of baking soda to the bath, making the water as hot as I can stand. Soaking in the hottest water you can stand is important to help facilitate the detoxing process. Once the water starts to feel more tolerable, make sure to stay in the bath for another 10 minutes. This is one of my favorite forms of self care because it forces you to slow down and spend at least 30-40 minutes alone. Make sure to bring some water into the bath with you to sip on too!

From time to time I like to add 1/4 cup Bentonite Clay to the detox bath too. I always keep it on hand for so many things. It’s a must have in my natural first aid kit. Bentonite Clay is known for its healing and detoxing properties; it helps draw stuff out of the body.

I also love adding good ole unfiltered apple cider vinegar {ACV} to the bath. It’s known to help support detoxification and helps draw stuff out of the body. I like to add 1 cup into the bath. It also helps soften the skin, an extra bonus.
