Both fresh oranges and mango contain a good dose of Vitamin C, which can help protect our immunity. When it comes to staying healthy, we’ll need to do a bit more than drink delicious smoothies. 😉 A combination of nutritious foods, exercise, stress reduction, and good old hand-washing are the best ways to prevent illness. I could write a whole series of posts about reducing stress, but for now I’ll just say that consistent exercise is a great help.

- 1 large orange peeled
- ½ medium banana
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
